Melanie has been a key member of the 1st Street Financial team since 2012, working closely with her own clients as well as alongside the company’s Director, Jeremy Fisher.
Her previous experience at Commonwealth Bank provided a solid foundation in internal lending processes, which she leverages to guide clients through even the most complex lending scenarios with clarity and confidence.
Known for her organised and proactive approach, Melanie is a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and personalised lending experience from start to finish.
Originally from Sydney’s eastern suburbs, Melanie has an in-depth understanding of that local property market. In 2022, she relocated with her family to Newcastle, NSW, and now brings the same insight and dedication to helping clients in the growing Newcastle and Lake Macquarie regions.
With a strong referral network and loyal client base, Melanie supports clients all over Australia – whether they’re buying their first home, expanding their investment portfolio, or refinancing for a better deal.
