Refer someone who is looking for a loan and you’ll also receive one Golden Ticket entry into the draw. Each Golden Ticket equals one entry, and all eligible people throughout the promotional period will automatically go into the running.

Yes. Eligible refinance applications submitted through 1st Street during the promotional period are eligible to receive a Golden Ticket entry.
No. Where an appointment or application includes multiple individuals (for example, a couple), it will be treated as one Eligible Entrant for the purposes of this Promotion.
Know someone who is looking for a loan? Refer them to us and you will receive one Golden Ticket entry. The referred person must consent to being contacted by 1st Street and complete an initial Mortgage consultation with one of our Brokers.
Eligibility: Entry is open to authorised, current Corporate Referral Partners of the Promoter.
Entry Mechanism: For every eligible client referred by the Referral Partner during the Promotional Period, the Referral Partner will receive one (1) entry into the draw, up to a maximum of 10 entries per entity.
Corporate Referral Partners: Warrant that they have obtained prior, explicit consent from the referred individual to share their personal information with the Promoter for the purpose of credit assistance.
The winner will be contacted directly and will receive instructions on how to claim the prize. Once the prize has been accepted, the winner will be announced on our website and social channels.
